CoverLove is the project of DJ Pesa – a vinyl junkie since the early '90s, born and raised in the heart of Switzerland. His musical roots go back to spinning records on his grandmother’s turntable and exploring his parents’ collection: Beatles, Dylan, Baez, Deep Purple, The Who. Timeless classics that paved the way.

For over 30 years, DJ Pesa has been crate-digging in thrift shops, flea markets, and record stores – worldwide, with a sharp eye and tuned-in ears. As a collector, as a DJ – and as a proud CoverLover.

Cover versions have always held a special kind of magic for him: they hook the crowd with something familiar – then surprise them with something new. That’s exactly why they’ve been a staple in his DJ sets and radio shows.

From 2012 to 2022, DJ Pesa worked as a music editor for Swiss Radio and Television (SRF), hosting his own shows like Lost & Found (vinyl only on SRF Virus) and Pop Routes (tracing music's roots on SRF 3).

​

With CoverLove, he now brings his analog record collection into the digital crates – packed with stories and anecdotes about the weirdest, most beautiful, and most surprising cover versions in music history.
