Zebra released their one and only album, Zebra, in 1976. The band from Mallorca blended rock, jazz, and progressive influences into a distinctive sound.

Closing the album is a more than ten-minute version of John Lennon's «Imagine». The long, atmospheric intro immediately makes it clear that Zebra have no intention of simply recreating the original. Lennon's understated classic is transformed into a monumental interpretation with touches of rock opera and musical theatre.

A dreamy guitar solo slowly grows into an extended jam before the music suddenly falls back into complete stillness, gently drifting towards its conclusion.
