The Bradford More Orchestra stays surprisingly close to the original. Their singer gives it everything she has, but taking on a Michael Jackson classic is an almost impossible task, and she never quite reaches his level. That hardly takes away from the record’s charm, though. This album was never meant to be an artistic reinterpretation. Its purpose was simply to show prospective clients exactly what the band sounded like on stage. In that respect, it succeeds perfectly.
