Los Loud Jets, founded in 1959, were pioneers of the Mexican rock ’n’ roll scene. Their breakthrough came in 1960 at a competition hosted by Radio Éxitos in Mexico City. From 1962 onward, they toured internationally for about 15 years – across South America, Europe, Canada, and the United States, where they even appeared on the legendary Ed Sullivan Show.

Shortly after the release of Abbey Road in 1969, Los Loud Jets recorded their own Spanish version of McCartney’s Oh! Darling: Oh Querida – a passionate tribute that shows just how far the Beatles wave spread across the globe.
