In the early 1980s, Korean singer Bae In-sook (배인숙) released several albums featuring Korean versions of international pop and soul hits. On this rare LP, she takes on the classic «Just the Two of Us».

«Just the Two of Us» was released in 1981 by Grover Washington Jr. featuring Bill Withers and became one of the defining soul and smooth jazz hits of the decade.

Bae In-sook stays remarkably faithful to the original. Although Grover Washington Jr.'s iconic saxophone is missing, Bae more than makes up for it with her beautiful Korean vocals. The funky bass, laid-back guitar, and wonderfully relaxed groove remain intact, while the Korean lyrics give the song a completely new character.
